Sensory Room Intake Form
We kindly ask that you print and fill out the sensory intake form and return it to our Special Needs Director Cleo Carrasco. You can also pick up a form on Wednesday night or Sunday Morning in the Sensory Room in the NextGen Building. This form is an important way for us to learn more about your child's unique needs, preferences, and any sensory challenges they may face. By sharing this information, you're helping our staff and volunteers better understand how to support your child and create a positive and comfortable experience for them at V1 Special Needs. We truly value your input, and your involvement helps us ensure your child feels seen, understood, and fully supported during their time with us. Thank you for helping us make this a great experience for your child!
When do we meet?
Where do we meet?
We meet in the Sensory Room located in the NextGen Building, a space thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and comforting for individuals with special needs. This room is filled with calming lights, soft textures, and soothing sounds to help create a peaceful environment where everyone can feel safe and supported. Whether your child needs a quiet space to relax or a place to engage in sensory activities, our Sensory Room offers a space that is tailored to their unique needs and comfort.

“Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God."
Mark 10:14
What to expect during services?
During our services, your child will enjoy a welcoming time of worship, where they can join in music and praise, followed by Bible lessons that are engaging and easy to understand. We also provide a calm, supportive time of prayer, giving your child a special opportunity to connect with God in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to them.
